FNMA Servicing News Updates Includes Upcoming Loss Mitigation Valuation Release

Investor Update: On August 14, Fannie Mae released a Servicing News notification with an update to the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), upcoming loss mitigation valuaion release and other topics.

SCRA MBS Disbursement Report Being Added in Message Manager
The Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) MBS Disbursement Report, currently emailed by Fannie Mae Exception Transaction Management (ETM) analysts to applicable servicers, will be added to Message Manager distribution effective Aug. 30, 2013. Upcoming Loss Mitigation Valuations (LMV) Release 4.1
Fannie Mae will implement Loss Mitigation Valuations (LMV) Release 4.1 on Aug. 24, 2013. In addition to implementing technology upgrades, the release includes the following upgrades/changes to business functionality: updated valuation fields viewable by servicers, new order reason codes, and implementation of Enterprise Single Sign-On (ESSO) functionality.
