FNMA New Business Web Portal

Investor Update: On October 11, Fannie Mae released an update entitled Fannie Mae's New Business-to-Business Web Portal, which will be launched November 5.

Fannie Mae’s New Business-to-Business Web Portal

Fannie Mae’s new business web portal is designed with our customers in mind, offering easy access to tools and resources with fewer clicks.

Making it easier for you to do business with us …

  • Replaces eFannieMae.com for single-family and multifamily business information and resources
  • Redirects will provide a seamless transition from bookmarked eFannieMae.com content
  • Designed with feedback from our customers
  • Features and functionality to help you work more efficiently:
    • Fresh look and feel
    • Improved search capabilities
    • Intuitive navigation based on the loan lifecycle
    • Resources organized by function and type
  • State-of-the-art search function provides preliminary results in groupings as you type a query
  • Technology application users will be able to log in to the site and view a personal home page, just as on eFannieMae.com
  • No training will be needed to use the new site, but a video site tour and a job aid for key tasks will be provided, and we’ll offer regular user tips
  • There will be no impact to Fannie Mae tech apps during the preparation and launch of the portal, and the URLs to access tech apps will not change
  • Live, free web seminars for Fannie Mae lenders will be renamed HFI Spotlights and listed in the Learning Center, along with new HFI InDepth virtual classroom (fee-based) offerings
  • The portal launch will provide the foundation on which we will build regularly to add even more features and functionality

    Launching November 5!
