On September 4, four counties in Mississippi were declared eligible for individual assistance:

On August 30, 20 additional parishes were added to the initial declaration as eligible for public assistance for areas in Louisiana. Fourteen additional counties were added to the initial declaration as eligible for public assistance for areas in Mississippi as a result of Hurricane Isaac.

No counties were declared eligible for individual assistance.

  • Mississippi: Adams, Claiborne, Franklin, Jefferson, Kemper, Leake, Neshoba, Newton, Noxubee, Scott, Simpson, Smith, Warren, and Winston Counties
