Fannie Mae Servicing Notice 04-20-12

On April 20, Fannie Mae released Servicing Notice on Payment of Vendor Fees for Florida Pre-Filing Mediation.

Servicing Notice: Payment of Vendor Fees for Florida Pre-filing Mediation
Currently, Fannie Mae requires servicers to request reimbursement of pre-filing mediation vendor fees paid for the Florida Pre-filing Mediation Program using the Cash Disbursement Request (Form 571) process. Effective for all pre-filing mediation vendor fees invoiced on or after April 1, 2012, the vendor will submit invoices directly to Fannie Mae as described in the Notice. Fannie Mae will only reimburse servicers for pre-filing mediation vendor fees for invoices issued by the vendor prior to April 1, 2012.
