On December 16th, FEMA issued a Presidential Disaster Declaration for areas affected by recent Severe Storms and Flooding in the State of Connecticut.

No counties were declared eligible for Individual Assistance:  

The following counties were declared eligible for Public Assistance. Litchfield, New London, Tolland, and Windham.
